Hatha Yoga- Hatha yoga is the physical form of yoga and contains the foundation postures for all styles of yoga. This class will focus on the breath, alignment, and is perfect for the practitioner who prefers time to move slowly in and out of each posture. This class is designed to create strength, flexibility and balance for both mind and body and is great for all levels. Variations and modifications are offered for beginners as well as more experienced students.
Warm/Hot Flow – This all levels Vinyasa Flow class is a complete mind-body workout. Focusing on movement integrating breath, awareness, and alignment you will build strength, focus, flexibility, and balance. Over time, movement in the sequence becomes more fluid, the mind is able to relax and the practice becomes a moving meditation. Please bring your own mat and towel. The heat warms the muscles for greater flexibility, burns calories, and flushes toxins from the body. Warm Flow is 85-90 degrees. Hot Flow is 95-100.

Hot Power Flow – Challenge yourself with an invigorating sequence of poses that will build strength, flexibility, and rejuvenate the entire body. The practice will include some advanced arm balances and inversions. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees. Come ready to sweat and burn some calories! Please bring your own mat and towel.
Flow & Let Go– Experience the best of both worlds with a blend of Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. The class will start with Vinyasa which focuses on movement integrating breath, awareness, and alignment; we will build heat and prepare the body for fully experiencing deep relaxation. Restorative Yoga invites you to unwind, releases tension from the body, clears the mind, and lifts your spirit. All levels welcome.
Core Fit Yoga - This class will get you fit, strong, and healthy by developing your core strength, balance, and flexibility. A total body workout, this class is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. With the integration of your breath, you will feel healthy and toned, both inside and out. All levels welcome.
Hot Tula– Our signature Hot Tula class was created to invigorate, rejuvenate, and revitalize the entire body and mind. Each class will consist of the same sequence of poses so you can develop awareness and appreciation for how your developing and growing, both physically and mentally. Each posture will be held longer to develop strength, endurance, balance, and stablize the mind. The class will include some advanced arm balances and inversions with variations for all levels. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees. Please bring your own mat and towel.
Yin/Yang Yoga- A perfect balance; a combination of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Yin Yoga focuses on a release of connective tissues and cultivation of observance, breath, and a meditative state of mind as we surrender into postures for longer periods of time and open ourselves to the release of deeply held, stagnant energy. The class will end with a Vinyasa flow practice that allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of new found steadiness and alignment. Suitable for all levels.
Restorative & Yoga Nidra- Restore and renew your body, mind, and spirit as you tune into the body's natural ability to heal itself. Savor the deep relaxation of Restorative postures as props are used for support, allowing you to hold the poses longer and open the body more deeply. Experience full body relaxation and unwind the nervous system with Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity in the West. Restorative Yoga is a great complement to more active practices and also suitable for pregnant women.
Yoga- Pilates Fusion-Yoga Pilates Fusion is a fitness class that combines the practice of Yoga and Pilates. Yoga poses are practiced to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and alignment. Pilates exercises strengthen the muscles of the torso through controlled movements that increase core strength and postural stability; creating long, lean, and toned muscles. This class will leave you feeling toned, both inside and out. All levels welcome.
Warm Yoga-Pilates with Weights- A perfect fusion of Yoga, Pilates & Strength training- challenge yourself with an invigorating sequence that will leave you feeling toned, both inside and out. Yoga poses are practiced to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and alignment. Optional free weights will be added to the Yoga sequence to add definition and tone the upper body. Pilates exercises strengthen the muscles of the torso through controlled movements that increase core strength and postural stability; creating long, lean, and toned muscles. The room will be heated to 85-90 degrees. All Levels Welcome!
Yoga Sculpt & Tone-A combination of Yoga and strength training in one hour this class is designed to sculpt and tone every major muscle group. Class will begin with a Yoga warm up and then move into strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls and tricep curls with light weights. Exercises that will tone the shoulders, butt, thighs, and core will be incorporated as well. Burn calories, build healthy bone density and leave feeling calm, strong, and rejuvenated for the day. All levels welcome.
FREE Meditation- Our FREE meditation classes offer an introduction to mantra meditation and various breathing techniques. Meditation gives many practical and spiritual benefits such as peace of mind, better concentration and the ability to relax from the stresses of everyday life.
Reservations are not required but suggested. We offer 18 on-line reservations for those who would like to secure a spot in class. If you do not register, you are not guaranteed a spot. Please arrive for class within 10 minutes of the class start time in order to make sure there is space.
